First it was in an episode of Timeless and a movie honoring their contributions to the space program and now your little scientist can have the official Women of Nasa figure set for Lego!
According to Maia Weinstock, deputy editor of MIT News
“Women have played critical roles throughout the history of the U.S. space program … yet in many cases, their contributions are unknown or under-appreciated — especially as women have historically struggled to gain acceptance in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM),”
and Lego and Nasa apparently agree.
