⏳ Timeline: 18+ Years… estimated
⚠️ Risks: Constantly changing
🎯 Success Criteria: Raise kind humans, keep everyone alive, and create great memories.

The funny part is that parenting teaches many of the same lessons as Project Management:

Plans change.
Scope grows.
Budgets get challenged.
Stakeholders don’t always agree.
Risks appear without warning.
And sometimes… the Project Manager has absolutely no control. 😂

But unlike most projects, success isn’t measured by finishing on time or under budget. It’s measured by the people we help grow. ❤️

Maybe the most important project we’ll ever manage doesn’t need a dashboard after all.
