This guy only promoted and hired friends

He’s the prefect example of “stepping on others to get ahead”.

A bit of a background:
Long story short, many of my close friends work at this company where this guy went from Manager to Acting CEO.
All he did was play politics;
– hired/promoted friends,
– avoided top talents because he was scared of being out smarted,
– backstabbed everyone (even the ones who hired him) to get to the top,
– got competent people fired because they made him look bad,
– sucked up to HR, shareholders and the clients,
– etc, you name it.

It makes us laugh he would write some lunacy like this, but fake it til you make it.

He eventually got let go due to poor management, and he is now hyping up his LinkedIn profile with fake experiences, and pretends he knows shit with his daily posts.
